YOCC Helps Client with Nagging LAN Connectivity Issue!

Having trouble connecting to the internet?

Example - grandmother's grandaughter likes to borrow computers and push buttons - often leaving grandmother in a state where she cannot connect to the internet.

So this set of tips and tricks comes with compliments from Maura O'Donnell.

When you've reached the stage of wanting to through the computer (and maybe the grandaughter) out the window, there are some basic things to check and try:
  1. Computer, Router and/or Wireless Access Point need a re-start?
  2. Lan or wireless network connection enabled and functioning?
  3. Still not connected to the internet? Wireless card on your computer enabled and functioning?

The above all Greek (or Geek) to you? And you are not Greek?
